RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At IconicRetroJersey, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. For this reason, all eligible products purchased from our online store can be returned free of charge within 30 days from the date of delivery.

1. 30-DAY FREE RETURNS

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Returns are always free. IconicRetroJersey covers the return shipping costs when you follow our return procedure.

You may request a return for reasons including:

• You would like to exchange the item for another size or product

2. RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned in a condition that allows it to be resold.

• Include the original packaging and any accessories received with the product

You may inspect and try on the item as reasonably necessary to check its size, fit and characteristics. However, the product should not be used beyond what is necessary for this purpose.

If an item is returned with signs of use, washing, damage or alterations beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product, IconicRetroJersey reserves the right to reduce the refund proportionally to any loss in value, where permitted by applicable law.

3. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To request a return, please contact the IconicRetroJersey customer service team within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Please provide:

• Order number

• The product(s) you wish to return

• The reason for the return, if you wish to provide one

Once your request has been received, our customer service team will provide you with the instructions required to return your item.

Return shipping costs are always covered by IconicRetroJersey, provided that you use the return procedure and shipping method indicated by our customer service team.

4. SIZE EXCHANGES

You may request a size exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery.

If the requested size is unavailable, you may choose another solution available under our return procedure, including a refund for the returned product.

5. WRONG, DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item, please contact the IconicRetroJersey customer service team as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and, where possible, photographs of the item and its packaging.

In these cases, we will provide an appropriate solution at no additional cost to you, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

6. REFUNDS

9. PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

If personalized products or products made specifically according to the customer's instructions are available on the IconicRetroJersey website, the right of withdrawal may be excluded where permitted by applicable law.

10. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for taking reasonable care of the product from the moment of delivery until it is returned to IconicRetroJersey.
