Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You can exchange your item within 14 days of receiving your package. Simply return the product, and once we receive it, we’ll send you the size you need.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can do whatever you want, but you will not get your money back. Instead, you will receive partial or total discount codes to purchase the same product you want to exchange.
Size Exchange Policy
If you wish to change the size of your item, please follow the steps below:

Return the item you received to our warehouse at your own expense.

Once the shipment is made, send the shipping label or tracking proof via email or WhatsApp to our customer support team.

After verifying the return shipment, you will receive a 100% discount code to repurchase the same product in your desired size.
- It is also possible to obtain a refund by keeping the product you received, and in exchange you will be given a 40% discount to repurchase the item in a different size.
- No refunds will be given in cash.
Important notes:

The discount code is valid only for the same item previously purchased and cannot be used for other products.

We do not offer monetary refunds, only size exchanges through this procedure.

If any irregularities or inconsistencies are found during the verification process, the exchange request may be denied.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
